We had the pleasure of utilizing Madelyn’s services. Not only have we bought one property with her, but we bought our second and current home with her (both multi-unit properties). You can tell she cares about her clients like family; she is very personable, an excellent negotiator, she’ll go above and beyond, and knows real estate in and out (she will genuinely tell you what she thinks about the property and whether it is a good fit)!
